Yoga 4 Kids offered an introduction to the discipline, with about 15 youngsters twisting, stretching, balancing and trying out some animal poses.
Some exercises with partners and a parachute encouraged them to work together.
The session ended with participants colouring in to create their own mandala.
Kate Rose and Eliza Ault-Connell, two of the parents watching on, said their children enjoyed the chance to try something new.
“They loved it, they listened really well and attempted everything,” Mrs Rose said.
“I think they’ve liked working with other children as well, so that’s been really nice for them,” Mrs Ault-Connell added.
Other school holiday activities at Albury LibraryMuseum are kite making on Wednesday as well as World Animal Day, a pop-up bowls competition and a family fun night next week.
