The move follows Mrs Fraser having been interim chief executive for the past year following the departure of Christine Sanger.
“My priority will be to keep our dedicated employees focused on assisting disadvantaged jobseekers across our communities, while the senior management team explores and adapts the organisation to these new challenges,” Mrs Fraser said.
She has been previously involved in attracting a Transition to Work contract which has involved $2 million growth.
The Personnel Group’s chairman Bryan Blake lauded Mrs Fraser’s talents and contribution as stand-in boss.
“Tracey was a stand-out applicant in a national field,” Mr Blake said.
“We look forward to the new era with the organisation’s second CEO; leading our staff of 120 across southern NSW and northern Victoria.”
