Experienced travel manager Mr Mahony and culinary specialist Ms Quinn opened a shopfront in central Albury during December to share their expertise.
Eating Travel, Shop 7 Amp Lane, offers a range of food travel adventures in Australia and abroad for small groups.
Ms Quinn said their newly-released 2017 itinerary provided bespoke travel experiences in North East Victoria, Tasmania, Vietnam and Italy, Spain and Portugal.
“We have hosts expert in their fields to join us on our trips,” she said.
Highlights of the domestic itinerary include Gardens and Gin – Gorgeous hosted by Jan Waddington; Byron Coffee Safari hosted by Carolyn Higgs; and Tasmania in Winter hosted by Brown Brothers chef Doug Elder.
