Police were called to the Parfitt Road business at 10.30pm after the front door had been smashed.
Acting Senior Sergeant Anthony Cracknall said an alarm was set off and North East Security officers arrived shortly after it happened.
“The offenders have used a rock to smash a window of the door and have gained access inside,” he said.
“They have taken a couple bows and a box of arrows.
“Security have turned up pretty quickly and the offenders have run off, dropped the box of arrows, but got away with a couple bows.”
A large adult compound bow, camouflage in colour, and a small pink kids-sized compound bow were stolen.
Acting Senior Sergeant Cracknall said there was no description of the offenders, believed to be two people.
“We have no witnesses – if anyone saw anything they should call Wangaratta police (on 03 5723 0888).”
