John Kettyle, 30, of Bonbeach, was arrested in July on 115 offences after allegedly reaching 160km/h while fleeing police in Wangaratta and Melbourne.
He was this week charged with conspiracy to traffick methamphetamine in relation to a drug syndicate thought to be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Alleged co-offenders were arrested after police involved in Operation Kursk placed a listening device on the phone of Jasmine Bourne, 26, the Wangaratta woman they believe was in charge of the syndicate.
Kettyle will face a committal hearing Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on the in June.
