McCaffrey accepted the penalty following an incident in the final quarter of their clash against Lavington at Lavington on Sunday.
He joined the club from the AFL Sydney competition this season and has regularly featured in the Raiders’ best players in the opening seven rounds.
The suspension is another blow to Wodonga Raiders who face Yarrawonga at Birallee Park on Saturday.
The Raiders have slipped outside the top-five and can expect no favours from the Pigeons who are coming off back-to-back losses.
Meanwhile, Albury is set to regain Brayden O’Hara and Daniel Cross for its grand final replay against Lavington.
O’Hara missed the weekend as a precautionary measure with a calf injury while Cross will be free of running commitments in the AFL with Melbourne having the bye.
James Saker is suspended.
