Students from Xavier High School, Trinity College, Albury High School and Scots College have created and designed unique outfits made from recycled materials and will model their garments at Albury Lions’ Fash 2 Trash.
President Laurie Dunn said it was important the club created ties with the younger generation.
“Young people are the new generation, they’re going into a world where they’ll face many issues and part of that is the environment,” he said.
Mr Dunn said the fashion show, held at Commercial Club Albury from 6.30pm, fits the centenary criteria as it focuses on the environment, reusing waste materials and the future generation.
