Brent Ohlin, Andrew Hill, Dale Lappin, Nick Iaria, Jack and Paddy Stow, Sam Creamer and Phil Bellingham have been locked away along with Wodonga’s Cody Hewat and Will Stefani also coming on board.
Coach Jack Neil said it was a good start in their quest to climb off the bottom of the TDFL ladder.
“We are happy to have have been able to bring really quality people back into our club,” Neil said.
“There is a mixture of talent, experience and youth coming into the team which we feel will really help the development of other guys in our team, particularly the younger ones.
“We are continuing to talk to other players who we hope can come on board soon.”
Ohlin shapes as a big inclusion with his size in the ruck and up forward while Iaria will bolster the Bombers’ midfield after spending the last two years at Albury.
Despite the influx of players, Neil said it was difficult to predict how much the club could improve.
“Obviously we have added a number of players into our team, and I guess the key will be working with the group over the preseason to get ourselves as fit as we can and establish our style of footy,” Neil said.
“We have an opportunity to see a lot of improvement but it certainly won't just happen.
“We are aware there is work to do, however, our coaches are very excited to tackle that challenge.”
