Hollard will be joined in the line-up by East Albury’s Praveen Pathmanathan, Miles Hemann-Petersen and Will Pargeter, Corowa’s Ryan Beveridge and Albury’s Jake Cooper.
Eight NSW country zones will play in the cup from January 8 to 11.
Coach David Nichols said the side would warm up with a practice match against North East Knights at Barooga on Sunday.
“It’s an even team all the way through,” Nichols said.
“I’m really happy with the side.
“Saying that though, I’ve taken away with some good sides before and it all just depends on how things come together during the week.”
Wagga’s Jake Scott, Cobram’s Hugh Hyde and Moama’s Errol Burns are also in the line-up.
Riverina will play five matches during the week.
