Knowledge, know how and all the equipment you will need is what you will find at the Border’s Get off Road 4WD suspension and outdoor specialists in Obsurn Street, Wodonga
Owners Terry and Robyn Bradbury are experienced off-road and desert travellers and have spent many years traversing tracks and exploring remote parts of Australia.
In seven years they have grown their business to offer an extremely comprehensive range of off road equipment, accessories and service in one of the biggest showrooms in the region.
“There’s not much we don’t stock or can’t access,” said Terry.
“All of our staff are experienced travellers and have the knowledge and skills to get people set up correctly for their adventure whether it’s embarking on their first caravan trip around Australia or heading up to the high country for a few days.”
Get off Road’s products range from cooking accessories, recovery equipment and roof racks through to suspension systems, bull bars and steel top canopies.
They install and service just about everything they sell and can usually have you fitted out and ready to go in around 10 days.
You’ll find all the well known brands on the floor – Uniden, Rhino Rack, Bushman, Roadsafe, Oz Pig, Fyrelight, Runva and of course, Ironman.
Get off Road is the biggest Ironman distributor in Victoria this year and ranked No. 8 in the country.
The spacious showroom – triple in size from their previous premises in South Street – houses some great displays from the steel top canopies to the roof mounted tents, which you can actually climb in to.
They stock all the gear for first time explorers or can kit you out in the latest and greatest camping and 4WD equipment sure to make any adventure is a success.
“For an independent, locally owned family company we aim to offer an extensive range of equipment to the region, all backed up by fully compliant service and installation,” said Terry.
Behind the scenes there is a four bay workshop where mechanics and fitters will deck out your vehicle with the correct equipment and check for necessary repairs or servicing before you embark on a journey.
Terry’s Top Picks
