Because their lease at Albury’s Myer-Centrepoint arcade was not renewed, they were forced to look for new premises.
The new Cafe Fifteen is at 603 Dean Street, in the former Stella’s cafe in the Bogong Chambers building.
“It’s a good location in the main street,” Mrs McNamara said yesterday.
“We’ve kept the old name, which was originally taken from the shop number in the arcade.”
Mr McNamara, a qualified chef, said they had operated the arcade cafe for five years but they also had two other outlets.
One is Fifteen Fresh, behind the Bended Elbow, and the other at the Centro Lavington shopping centre.
Between them, the three cafes employ 14 people and all have juice bars, Mr McNamara said.
Sandwiches, lasagne and other dishes are all home-made.
