With Corowa Civic going down to Benalla, the Bulldogs made the most of their opportunity to grab second spot by winning three of the four rinks.
Peter McLarty led the way with a 32-12 win over Rob Bartel, Paul Davies edged out Geoff Kidd 24-23 and Josh Rudd defeated Dale Mastenbroek 24-14 on a lightning fast green.
Kiewa Valley’s Jude Bartel finished her season on a high note by upsetting Kylie Whitehead 20-17.
Wodonga will play minor premier Benalla on Saturday while Corowa Civic do battle with YMGCR.
YMGCR warmed up for the finals by defeating fifth-placed Wangaratta 97-81.
With three of the rinks going down to the wire, skip Garry Sanders proved the difference with a 30-12 triumph over Trevor Selwood.
Benalla defeated Corowa Civic 102-82 and Yarrawonga comfortably accounted for Rutherglen 111-65.
