Emergency services were called to the intersection of Kaitlers Road and Kemp Street about 6pm on Tuesday.
The man, aged in his 60s, received leg injuries and was treated by paramedics from Wodonga.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said he was taken to Albury hospital in a stable condition.
It was unclear what caused the collision and the injuries are not life threatening.
