Strong-marking forward Jessy Wilson will play his first game, while Joel Mackie, Elliott Powell, Luke Packer and Charles Gaylard return.
Co-coach Shaun Daly has been ruled out with illness, while Nick Coughlan and Jim Grills are both unavailable, while Alex Rowe and Jack Killalea have been dropped.
It’s extremely rare for Daly to miss a game as he’s been such an indestructible figure during his two stints at the club.
Mackie hasn’t played since Anzac Day when he injured his knee against North Albury.
Powell has battled an ongoing ankle complaint, which has dogged his start to the season.
Last year’s interleague player was assisted off against Wodonga Raiders on April 7.
Packer limped off with a hamstring complaint in the first quarter of the match, which was supposed to be a celebration of his 250th game.
Wilson will be the sixth Tigers’ newcomer just this month.
Riley Bice and Killalea debuted against Myrtleford, while Coughlan, Fraser Duryea and Tom O’Brien played in the thumping win over Corowa-Rutherglen.
Meanwhile, the home team has made two changes with Shaun Flanigan and Jayse Brown replacing the injured Jarrod Twitt and Casey Marr.
The Bulldogs are looking to bounce back from a 185-point caning against Wangaratta.
“They probably overwhelmed us really quick and having such an inexperienced side, once the heads go down a bit, it’s really hard to re-energise the team and get them going again,” co-captain McKye Turner said.
Meanwhile, Lavington is set to debut a 15-year-old away to Wangaratta Rovers.
Maclayn Hallows has been named as an emergency, but is set to play as a forward.
The family has a wonderful tradition with the club as his grandfather Ken is a former Lavington president, while his father Matt is the junior club president.
