The centre received $236,300, as a part of the NSW government’s health grants program.
Member for Albury, Greg Aplin said NGOs provided important services for the communities throughout the region.
“The NSW government is proud to continue partnering with NGOs that assist the vulnerable, particularly in hard to reach populations,” Mr Aplin said.
“The Wagga Wagga Women’s Health Centre and the Women’s Centre for Health and Wellbeing provide holistic health services to women, including crisis support and counselling.
“The government’s partnership with both organisations helps ensure the people of our area can access care close to home.”
