The vehicle was hit at low speed on Belgrade Avenue in Wodonga on Thursday.
Four men aged in their 20s were arrested.
The incident appeared to have caused only minor damage.
One of the men fronted the Wodonga Magistrates Court on Friday.
He did not apply for bail and will remain behind bars.
His case will return to the court on September 6.
