Indigo Council chief executive Trevor Ierino said species planted included Yellow Bloodwoods, Yellow Gums and Red Box.
“It is hoped this planting will form the upper storey for future years of native plantings, while still allowing visitors to take in the stunning view through to Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park,” he said.
“The recent water bubbler installation has been popular among two and four-legged residents and scheduled installation of custom street furniture in coming weeks should really help to put the dressing on a successful infrastructure project.”
