Hensel and Lawson accounted for Temora Bowling and Recreation Club duo Rick Potter and Bruce Lack, 20-15, in an entertaining final on Sunday.
Commercial’s Albert Allen and John McDonnell were eliminated in the first round of the senior pairs by Temora Bowling and Recreation Club’s Bruce Firman and Bruce Saffioti, 23-13.
Holbrook’s Richard Unsworth and John Harrison fell 17-15 in the opening phase of the president’s reserve pairs to Tumbarumba’s Bill Butz and Robert Miller.
Henty’s Peter Forck (open), Oaklands’ Steve Gann (president’s reserve) and Lavington’s Vic Moore (senior) fell short in the singles.
The Lavington quartet of Adrian Pantling, Darren Moore, Allan Pantling and Vic Moore were beaten 20-19 in the zone fours final.
