PROJECTion Dance Company will present its critically acclaimed production Forte at The Cube Wodonga.
The company is taking its successful show on the road with performances in Melbourne and Sydney this month, London and Europe in November-December and an Australian-wide tour next year.
Albury-born Dominic Ballard, now dancing with Ballet West in the US, and Wodonga’s Zoe Cavedon, who recently returned to the Border after a year with Sarasota Ballet in Florida, will join the Forte cast.
PROJECTion Dance artistic director Tim Podesta said Ballard and Cavedon would bring great skill and artistry to the production.
“We are very excited to be able to bring this exquisite program of contemporary ballet and these remarkable international and local artists to more Australian audiences,” Podesta said.
Forte runs at The Cube Wodonga from 7pm.
The Forte program is a modern dance bill curated as an exploration into strength in its many forms and uses exquisite design and musical composition to push the dancers to their physical and emotional boundaries.
