Officers are confident raids on the mountain and in Shepparton on Monday will impact supply during the snow season.
Police searched a late model utility at the snow resort following a two-month investigation and allegedly seized about a litre of GHB from a 38-year-old man.
The man also allegedly had about $2500 and marijuana, and officers seized the vehicle.
A search of the Shepparton home allegedly found about 10 litres of GHB and thousands of dollars worth of ice and ecstasy pills.
A 42-year-old man at the house allegedly had about $4500 in his pocket at the house.
Both men, who live together at the Shepparton property, were arrested and charged.
The older man did not apply for bail and the younger man will face Wangaratta Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Acting Sergeant Matt Prestage said police would allege drugs were being trafficked at Falls Creek.
“It’s been an ongoing investigation for the past two months as a result of information received from the public,” he said.
“It will make a substantial impact on the availability of drugs on the mountain for winter.”
Police from the Wangaratta divisional tasking unit, Shepparton crime investigation unit and Falls Creek were involved in the matter.
Acting Sergeant Prestage said police were not seeking anyone else, but encouraged others with information on drug supply to make contact.
He said people could call 1800 333 000.
