The members moved into the new building on Jardine Street last Tuesday after the old station was knocked down and rebuilt.
Senior Constable Paul Heywood said the first offender, aged 39, was brought through the building on Friday.
Corryong members had been taking part in a joint operation with NSW officers.
A suspicious vehicle was seen by police in Khancoban about 5.45pm and avoided interception.
“The vehicle was tracked into Victoria by Tumbarumba police who notified Corryong police,” Senior Constable Heywood said.
“The vehicle was intercepted in Towong Road, Corryong, where the driver was searched and a quantity of cannabis located.
“The driver was arrested and conveyed to the Corryong police station where a cannabis caution was administered.”
Senior Constable Heywood said the drugs were seized for destruction.
