Nathan Day, 34, was last seen at a Morrell Street property on July 26.
He has not been seen since about 9am that day, leading to growing concerns for his welfare.
Day, who also uses the surname Chambers, has failed to attend several appointments.
Police are concerned for his welfare given the amount of time he has been missing.
Officers have made two appeals for information and released a new photograph of the 34-year-old on Monday.
He is known to frequent Wangaratta and Benalla and could be in the Melbourne CBD.
