In a cracking second semi-final, Tallangatta edged out Kiewa-Sandy Creek 45-44 on Saturday.
Only one goal separated the teams at each change with the Hoppers holding their nerve in the dying minutes.
“It certainly was an intense, close game of netball for the entire four quarters,” Hawk coach Kathy Evans said.
“There was never more than four goals in it.”
Tallangatta has advanced to the grand final with the Hawks and Rutherglen to clash on Saturday.
