THERE is an almost an unwritten rule at Jindera that you need to be able to play in at least two positions to get a game.

It’s why Nathan Chamings has been such a hit since joining the Bulldogs from North Albury.
Although he has played back, forward, centre and ruck-rover this season, the popular clubman isn’t prepared to be labelled Mr Fix It.
“Tommy Weldon is our Mr Fix It,” Chamings laughed.
“I just play where I’m told so I get a game.”
Only Trent Castles is guaranteed to play forward for Jindera and he’s been known to spend time in the ruck for the Bulldogs.
Chamings, who played in Jindera’s 2011 flag under Ken Stevenson, believes Brock-Burrum will be difficult to conquer in Saturday’s grand final.
The Saints were victorious in their head-to-head battles during the season.
“Hopefully it’s third time lucky for us,” Chamings said.
“We’re clicking at the right of the season.
“’Walks’ (Josh Walker) started building the culture and ‘Bahry’ (Kerry Bahr) has continued it.
“We respect Brock-Burrum as a side and we’ll have to play well on Saturday.”
Brock-Burrum wingman Alex Wilson missed a large chunk of last season while holidaying overseas and is eager to build on his 2015 and 2016 flag success.
He and John-Roy Williams are set to line-up on wings and use their speed on the big Walbundrie ground.
“The coach normally works out who plays on who but if he doesn’t we have a chat,” Wilson said.
“John-Roy’s good.”
Wilson and Williams could face tough opposition with Bulldog pair Sam Myors and Ryan Speed shaping as potential opponents if Speed isn’t called on to tag Nico Sedgwick.
The Brock-Burrum junior said Jindera had been impressive during the finals.
“We thought we might be playing Henty but it won’t change anything playing Jindera,” he said.
“They are a class side.”
Dylan Pettingill and Connor Clayton have returned from injury while Sam Crawshaw remains under a cloud with a shoulder problem.
Brock-Burrum has regained Luke Schilg for his first game since August 18.
