The former Kiewa star has been bowling in the nets after undergoing surgery and is keen to make up for lost time.
“He’s right to go,” coach Dylan Weeding said.
“Hopefully he’ll be able to lend ‘Whitey’ (Cameron White) some good support.”
East Albury will field a similar line-up to last season with Eddy Ziebarth (Burrumbuttock) and Ryan Scammell (Baranduda) the main additions.
Ziebarth made 340 runs last season.
Jovial Jersey all-rounder Dom Blampied is the major loss for the Crows after turning in a consistent season in 2017-18.
“We will back in the players we have,” Weeding said.
“It’s going to be a young side again.
“I’m 99 per cent sure we won’t be getting an overseas player this season.”
East Albury made the semi-finals last season before bowing out to Wodonga.
