Organised by Uniting St David’s, the event at Commercial Golf Resort leads into Gambling Awareness Week (October 8-14).
Uniting Albury financial and gambling counsellor Rob Petzke said the day itself aimed to support those with a gambling addiction.
“In your teams we will share lived experiences and just have fun, relax and enjoy the day,” he said.

Kade Rixon, who has spoken publicly of his gambling struggles, used Uniting’s free gambling and financial counselling service.
“I was never happy with what I won and it’s a dream of mine now to help others who are currently in the same dark place as I was two years ago,” he said.
The Uniting St David’s golf day will be held between 11am and 3pm, with golfers of all abilities welcome.
A gambling awareness talk forms part of the prize presentation.
