Four North East photographers have responded to four landscapes in the Beechworth area; the landscapes selected for their natural and cultural heritage values, and their creative potential.
The photographers – Erin Davis-Hartwig, Jerun Teerlak, Scott Hartvigsen and Nat Ord – who are all past and present residents of Beechworth and surrounds, have been creating new work for this project.
FOUR is a featured exhibition in the Beechworth Arts Council’s Spring Arts Festival.
Each photographer created images at four sites, which were Mount Pilot, Murmungee Lookout, Lake Zwarberg, Lake Kerferd.
The result is four unique perspectives of those landscapes and includes aerial photography, traditional landscape and fine art photography.
The exhibition at the Old Stone Hall, 7 Church Street, opens on Friday and runs until December 2.
It opens Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 2pm. Entry is by gold coin donation.
