In the summer edition of Out and About Magazine there are 36 pages of glorious places, events and activities for you to enjoy. We feature what’s on at Falls Creek over the holiday season and take a look at towns like Lockhart, Narrandera, Chiltern and Beechworth.
Two regions are highlighted this time round – the King Valley and the Upper Murray (Corryong, Khancoban, Tallangatta). The Upper Murray region has enjoyed some new beginnings in recent months with major refurbishments at the Khancoban Lakeside Caravan Park and a foreshore redevelopment at Tallangatta.
As usual there are festivals galore. Coming up? Beechworth Music Festival, Tumbafest and the Great Australian Beer Fest to name a few.
For the kids and family take a look at our holiday challenge which sets a task for the children to plan. It involves a bit of old fashion know how (a paper map) and the chance for some screen time to google some important research. Plan a summer time adventure is on page 27.
Out and About Magazine is produced every quarter and brings you travel ideas, festivals and events, local attractions, new developments and experiences to enjoy.
Free copies of Out and About are available in all good visitor centres in and around Albury Wodonga.
