The visitors tore through Kiewa for 131, passing the total only three wickets down with 11.2 overs left.
“It was a good toss to win, there was a bit in it early with obviously the rain we’ve had this week, so that certainly did help,” Baranduda coach Vince Moran said.
“We managed to get the ball in the right areas, so that’s the main thing, asking them questions.
“It was just a perfect day out, everyone chipped in with runs when they got their opportunity, the bowlers put the ball in the right spot and we held our chances.”
Baranduda ripped through the home team’s top order, leaving it teetering at 5-40.
But a gutsy 43 from number seven Aaron Morrison at least handed Kiewa some chance as Adam Wallace nabbed 3-22.
But any hope was blown away by a 55-run opening stand from Luke Bartley (22) and Brett Allan (27).
Aidan Ryan (38 not out) and Tim Farrant (27) also contributed as Baranduda maintained its streak since falling to Corowa in the second round.
To round out its five-star display, Kiewa keeper Bartley jumped high for a one-hand catch and then Michael Taylor snared a one-hander at short cover.
Elsewhere, Barnawartha-Chiltern continued its resurrection with a 106-run thumping of Bethanga.
The visitors’ Beau Kennedy struck 39 in the total of 9-183, with Kristen Jahne taking 5-36.
However, the winless Bethanga couldn’t cope with the Miners’ attack, falling for just 77 as Kennedy (4-23) capped a fine double.
Corowa hammered neighbours Howlong.
The home team struggled to 9-112, with number eight Aaron Hoskin (49) the star.
The visitors cruised home with Matt Grantham (47 not out) and Nathan Rhodes (33no) racing to the target off just 22.1 overs.
And Mount Beauty edged out Eskdale.
Opener Daniel Saville plastered an unbeaten 106, with a six and 14 boundaries, in the visitors’ 9-186.
Eskdale, which had won just one game heading into round eight, performed admirably, with John Purtell’s 49 crucial in the total of 165.
And the other game between Dederang and Yackandandah was washed out, due to the week’s heavy rain, with the pair to split the six points.
