After a brief morning storm that saw 4.5mm dumped onto the courts, 38 juniors and 35 veterans took part in the Sportspower series and North East Veterans tournament.
The Margaret Court Tennis Academy had a successful day in the juniors with Jake and Lara Meagher, Blake and Ryan Tinworth, Mitch Godward, Klancie Star and Jessica Konth among the various age group winners.
The juniors now have a break with Yarrawonga to host the next round of the series on February 10.
The veterans attracted players from throughout the district with Numurkah hosting on Sunday.
The cost is $25 which includes morning and afternoon teas, tennis and lunch.
