Taryn Heather embarked on a ride through the mountains from Albury to Jindabyne, Neil Van Der Ploeg has been training in Mount Beauty, while Jesse Featonby rode from Naradhan to Griffith and up and down Mount Baranduda that many times there’s a groove in the road.

Van der Ploeg is at Mobius Bridgelane, while Featonby has made the move to Oliver’s Real Food Racing.
It begins on Friday with the National Criterium Championship in Ballarat, followed by the road race on Sunday.
Both Heather and Van der Ploeg then go to the Tour Down Under, back it up at the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, before rounding out a jam-packed month at the Sun Tour.
All this is combined with the weekly club criterium races which start on January 9 at the Driver Education Centre of Australia (DECA) in Barnawartha.
