Police arrested the Henty man on January 4, after an incident at Lavington.
Police allege the man, who can’t be named to protect the identity of the victim, distributed the image without the woman’s consent.
He had also threatened to distribute an image without her consent.
He is accused of stalking the woman at Lavington in a bid to cause her fear or mental harm, between Christmas Day and January 4.
It’s alleged the man entered the woman’s home on New Year’s Eve and intimidated her.
It’s also alleged he contravened an apprehended domestic violence order and entered her property on the day of his arrest.
He was bailed in Albury Local Court on Monday and will return on March 5.
