A TRUCK driver will face court next month after being seen veering “all over the road” while travelling down the Hume Highway.

Police were notified of the heavy vehicle, travelling south near Holbrook, about 10.20pm on Sunday.
Highway patrol officers intercepted the truck on Albury Street.
The driver, aged 50, spoke to police and admitted to the officers that he was feeling fatigued.
A check of his log book identified serious issues with his work hours.
Police found 10 critical fatigue breaches dating back to November 20.
The diary did not have any entry for Sunday.
A further four minor fatigue breaches and one substantial fatigue breach were identified.
Police grounded the driver for seven hours.
He was also issued a field court attendance notice to front Holbrook Local Court on February 6.
