“The local man was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice for mid-range PCA and is due to appear in Albury Local Court 25 February 2019.”

A DRIVER has been arrested after slamming their ute into a home in Glenroy.
Emergency services were called to the Par Street home about 8.30pm on Saturday.
The driver of a white Holden SS utility smashed into the brick building after travelling north on Burrows Road.
Police took the man, who was uninjured, into custody.
Resident Sally Bulman said she had been inside the home and heard a loud bang as the vehicle hit.
“I'm pretty shaken up,” she said.
“I've got animals and stuff inside, so I don't want to vacate my house due to drunk drivers.”
She said there were often hoon drivers travelling along Burrows Road.
Ms Bulman helped the driver after the crash.
"I gave him a glass of water,” she said.
“He was fully shaken at the time.
“So was I."
The impact sprayed bricks and timber through her bedroom.
Police are currently on the scene.
The vehicle has been removed but a structural engineer will be required to assess the damage.
