Kate Eileen Mildren, 19, of Chenery Street, Glenroy, appeared in Albury Local Court before magistrate Gordon Lerve after earlier attending the police station.
Mr Lerve said Mildren was facing sentence for a “money-making venture” with a total amount of 408 grams of cannabis and there were other indications of drug supplying such as plastic bags.
Police prosecutor Sgt Chris Adams opposed bail saying Mildren had twice failed to appear at court.
Mildren was also on bail to live with her grandmother with a condition to report to police each Monday.
She failed to report this week and police went to her home on Tuesday.
They were told by Mildren’s grandmother that she had not been home for the two previous days.
Mildren attended the police station at 9.30am yesterday claiming she forgot to report.
Mr Lerve refused bail to ensure Mildren appears for sentence on June 21.
