From reports, there's been mainly smallish reddies playing around.
However, there have been the few odd exceptions.
One such instance involved John and Barbara Bowdren, who managed to entice some fairly large specimens on bait.
At one stage, Barbara dragged two out at once.

The Albury Wodonga Sportsfishing Club had an open comp last weekend, with one group of members going north to the Murrumbidgee and the other south, to the Ovens.
Both parties managed to get amongst the Murray cod, and all of them were caught on bait.
The best fish tallied measured 74cm and was caught from the Murrumbidgee on a bardie.
The southerners, meanwhile, managed to chalk up the best at 58cm on some cheese. Chicken also worked well.
UP AND ABOUT
Lake Mulwala is still going OK, as some good cod are being spun up on hardbodies in the upper reaches of the dam.
Mitta is well worth a visit depending on releases from Dartmouth Dam, which ranges from 3800 meg to 5000 meg.
Despite still being a fair volume of water, there remain some thumping trout coming out at the moment on lures and drifting bait.
Just further afield, good bags of reddies have been coming out of Talbingo on bait.
The best area was around Lobs Hole, which is easily accessed from Sue City by boat.
ELSEWHERE
Eucumbene Dam is holding steady at 26.3 per cent and has been pretty good for downrigging.
Meanwhile, Jindabyne (82.6 per cent) has fallen slightly, while Tantangara (44.8 per cent) is dropping quickly. Both remain fairly quiet as a result.
