After two victories and a 3-3 draw with Albury City in the pool phase, St Pats recorded a 2-1 victory against Brindabella Blues in the decider.
Coach Josh O'Farrell couldn't fault any of his players.
"The girls were super impressive, everything we've been working on the last two years, they've brought into this pre-season," O'Farrell said.
"Their decision-making, execution, work ethic and ball play was all there today, it was really good.
"We've lost a couple of girls in Gracie (Wilson-Cooper) and Rachael (White), but we've had Isabella Barbaro and Issy Kennedy step in and they're basically like for like players.
"They've come in and taken on the responsibility straight away."
Captain Claire Mahoney led from the front - winning player of the match in the final, while Maggie Duck also showed good signs.
"She (Duck) is coming on in leaps and bounds and really taking it on and becoming a voice for us in the middle," O'Farrell said.
Patties were within seconds of finishing the day four from four, conceding their third goal against Albury City in the final minute.
"It was very close to a perfect day and it should give the girls a boost going into the season," O'Farrell added.
