After winning the toss and batting for only the second time this season, Morris came to the crease early and kept the innings together in a score of 201.
Morris finished on 108 to take his average to 46 for the season.
"He was unreal," club president Mason Collins said.
"We went out there in the third over and got out in the last.
"He went hard after drinks and got us to 200.
"We believe 200 is par at Walbundrie and it proved correct as Walla went pretty close."
Walla lost two early wickets in the chase before Tom Simmons (56) and Chris Hutchinson (20) steadied the innings.
Youngster Jake Thomas struck two decisive blows when he dismissed Simmons and Mark Taylor (eight) in successive overs.
But the Hoppers weren't finished just yet with Justin Carter (37) and Joel Merkel (28) hitting out late to take the clash down to the wire.
"We have had three tight games against Walla this year," Collins said.
"I think they needed 17 or 19 off the last over so we had the boundary covered pretty well.
"It was a really good game."
Rand earned a shot at a seventh successive premiership after upsetting Holbrook by 29 runs at Holbrook.
Despite being without Mark Kreutzberger and Daniel Lieschke and falling into early trouble at 3-19, the Pigeons once again defied the odds to set up a grand final showdown against neighbours Walbundrie.
Will Swift came to the rescue and, after surviving a missed stumping chance early, made a matchwinning 67 not out.
He and Bryce Swift put on 49 runs for the fifth wicket to take the score to 4-127 off 40 overs.
Holbrook, who went into the preliminary final without all-rounder Will Heriot due to a back injury, looked in good shape at 1-31 before Hayden Wishart was dismissed for 16.
Andrew Mackinlay (nine), Josh Jones (seven) and Hamish Mackinlay (22) were unable to go on with the job after making starts against a disciplined Rand attack.
The Brookers were bowled out for 98 with Brayden Lieschke the most successful bowler, taking 3-23 off seven overs.
Braydon and Clinton Ralston also gave little away.
Saturday's grand final will be played at Walbundrie with the Tigers set to recall all-rounder Nathan Morton for the decider.
