Raiders were skittled for only 121 from 41.2 overs,
Number eight Ben Stewart top-scored with 28, while paceman Jake Hindmarsh (3-9) and Harry Weaven (3-27) destroyed the visitors.
The match was over as a contest after a handful of overs with openers Dominic Stockdale (65 not out) and Alex Popko (49) slaughtering the attack.
Stockdale hit eight boundaries as the home team cruised to an eight-wicket win from only 22 overs.
Albury looked like snapping an 11-year finals drought until Tallangatta's last-wicket win.
