They started their season on a high note on Sunday, defeating the Waverley Falcons away from home by three points.
Imports Torren Jones and Ken-Jah Bosley hit the court for the first time for the Bandits, while coach Brad Chalmers said it was a combined team effort in securing the win.
"Defensively we were good and had good energy which was pleasing," Chalmers said.
"We were a little sloppy at times but you expect that in your first game.
"It's a long season and we've only been together a few weeks.
"Obviously with Mitch down we're all still configurating a little bit too.
"Overall we're happy with the win and looking forward to getting some solid wins at home now."
The Bandits youth league men have also had a cracking start to their season, claiming four wins from the first four games.
