The Donna Scott-trained mare pocketed $50,000 for third with favourite Noble Boy winning the lucrative final.
Bennelong Dancer only just missed second spot by and collecting $100,000.
Scott said she couldn't be prouder of her stable star.
"She went super and it's nearly as good as feeling as winning without actually winning," Scott said.
"Blaike (McDougall) give her the perfect ride and there is nothing more that he could of done.
"As I said in the lead-up the biggest concern was we didn't want a rain affected track and it was a soft (7).

"She just hasn't got quite that electric turn of foot on a soft track.
"Blaike said she was travelling on the home turn but just couldn't get her traction.
"It would have been nice to run second.
"In her last two starts she has won $120,000 so it's hard to complain.
