Among them is 16-year-old Jordan Hore, who earns his first start in the senior side after impressing as a substitute in recent weeks.
Azia Feltrin is a confirmed starter, while Ben Smith and Josh Perry will also travel with the squad.
Hore has made three appearances off the bench, but is rapt to be starting.
"About this time last year I was starting for the 20s and I thought I'll push myself to see if I can get on the bench for seniors," Hore said.
"I got a bit of time in some of the pre-season games, so I knew it was coming, but it still surprised me a little bit.
"I usually play as an attacking midfielder, but 'EJ' (coach Elliot Jones) played me out wide last week and I think that's where I'm going to start this week.
"I had two one-on-ones and a disallowed goal last week and I was a bit gutted not to get on the scoresheet.
"I've had a few chances in the weeks before, but being in those situations has definitely helped me for the future."

Jones admitted Hore is one of a number of bright young stars in the Murray United ranks.
"His decision-making under pressure is probably what sets him apart from other young players," Jones said.
"I know Archie (Thompson) has been really impressed with him and that in itself speaks volumes
"Jordy has a lot of talent, but he also has a desire and work rate to match and that's what has really impressed our coaching staff."
Murray United made it to the last 16 of the Victorian phase last year after victories against Ballarat City and Cairnlea, before falling 1-0 to Northcote City.
Last year's campaign came at a cost for Murray with goalkeeper Abdulkerim Koc sent off at the end of the Cairnlea fixture.
Koc received his second red card in three games in the loss to Northcote, while striker Zac Walker was also given his marching orders.
Kick-off is 2.30pm.
Twin City, Myrtleford and Wangaratta were eliminated from the competition in the earlier rounds.
