The Club is calling on those who enjoyed the City to City to put themselves to the test for the Nail Can Hill Run.
"We would love to see a few hundred people, or more, who have completed the City to City, to now take the next step and hit the trails of Nail Can," Race Director Stephen Wood said.
"Even if you just take on the Half Can this year and then tackle the full course in 2020, you will be so well rewarded for your efforts.
"If you think that the Nail Can is too hard, then over the next couple of weeks adopt the race mantra and keep telling yourself, run it, walk it, nail it, you can do it."
This year the Westside Community Centre has been selected as the major beneficiary of Nail Can, with support also being given to Carevan.
In the last 10 years, the Nail Can Hill Run has distributed over $500,000 to local charities.
