O'Hara, who has kicked seven goals in each of the past two matches, is set to miss one or two weeks.
"It's not too bad, but enough to miss," O'Hara said.
"I've enjoyed playing on Anzac Day so it's disappointing.
"Hopefully I'll be back pretty soon."
O'Hara limped off late in Albury's win against Wodonga last weekend and took no further part in the match.
In-form key position player Ben Kelly has returned to the Murray Bushrangers.
The reigning premier will regain Joel Mackie and Keiran Ellis as the Tigers chase their 11th successive victory over North Albury.
It will be the first time Lachie Taylor-Nugent has come up against his former side.
North Albury will need big games from Isaac Muller and Josh Lloyd to push the home team.
