Murray takes on league rivals Bulleen at Lavington Sportsground and a win will see it match its best performance in the national knockout tournament.
"Bulleen are a strong side at home on their synthetic pitch, but with rain forecast for Wednesday and the chance of a heavy pitch at Lavington, I really see an opportunity for Murray to sneak a win," Copsey said.
Also in sport:
"The prize of round six FFA Cup football is great for the region and could potentially see Murray draw a Victorian powerhouse such as Heidelberg or Bentleigh Greens at home.
"They also could get a potentially softer draw, making the road to the national round of 32 with A-League teams and Foxtel televised games a real possibility.
"This could be a huge game for the club should they progress and I strongly think they will."
