4.20PM: A 19-year-old Albury man has been arrested after hiding in his Glenroy roof during a 12-hour stand-off with police.

The man was wanted on "serious firearm offences" and was located by police after a tip-off from the public in relation to a stolen ute.
Police Inspector Scott Russell said police became aware of the stolen ute parked in the yard of an Orton Place property at 2am.
"One of the occupants was wanted on serious firearm warrants and we believed the stolen vehicle also contained a firearm," he said.
"We set up a perimeter and specialist police were called in and negotiations began with the occupants.
"Six occupants were in the house at the time and all occupants apart from the male freely left that premises.
"Approximately 12 hours after that a 19-year-old man was arrested and he is now in custody for serious firearm offences and will be bail refused to appear at Albury Local Court tomorrow.
"The investigation into the stolen utility is ongoing."
Inspector Russell said the man had hidden in the roof of the property during the stand-off.
"It is a difficult process, the ultimate goal in these situations is to resolve it peacefully so we were there as long as it takes," he said.
"He came down after some time to present himself to police at the back of the house."
No one was injured during the incident.
A large contingent of local police, specialist tactical police and negotiators surrounded the house and cordoned off Orton Place and adjoining Resolution Street until just after 2pm.
"The resources were there to make the community safe and to ensure the police safety," Inspector Russell said.
"The man was wanted over possession of firearms, unsafe firearms and not have license - those are very serious offences and he will be charged with that warrant."
Inspector Russell said another man was arrested at the scene for unrelated matters and no one was injured during the incident.
2.15PM: A man has been arrested after a stand off with police lasted 12 hours.
The man was placed in the back of a divisional van just after 2pm on Resolution Street, Glenroy.
Police said investigations are continuing.
1.10PM: Police have pushed back the no-go zone in Glenroy as they continue to surround a house in Orton Place.
Police said one man is still inside the premises and isn't following the directions of police.
A siren is still sounding in the area.
The length of Resolution Street is now cordoned off with police, tactical teams and ambulances on scene.
Police have confirmed they have been on scene since 2am.
10.30AM: Police have a Orton Place house surrounded in Glenroy and have continued to ask the occupants to "come out with your hands up".
Neighbours have told waiting media the police arrived about 12am.
"They have been here a while so hopefully they shouldn't be too much longer as I have to go to work," Resolution Street resident Scott Buchanan said.
"I just keep to myself so don't really know what is going on but we are just keeping inside and staying safe."
Jordan Rajadurai said this is an "uncommon" incident in the neighbourhood.
"I have been living in this community for about four years and sometimes we get hiccups but today we have never experienced anything like this," he said.
"This is pretty shameful for us as a community so hopefully we sort this out because the children are here and they don't need to go through this."
Tactical response teams were using a loud speaker to try and communicate with the people inside the house asking a woman to answer her phone and come outside.
More than six police cars and two ambulances are on scene.
Resolution street remains cordoned off.
9.30AM: Police and tactical teams are on the scene of an incident off Resolution Street in Glenroy.
Police said they went to execute a search warrant in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
A person is believed to be inside the house with a gun.
An exclusion zone has been set up.
