The 51-year-old man crashed an ultralight aircraft into a fence shortly after takeoff at 10.45am.
An Ambulance Service of NSW spokesman said the man was being treated for a right ankle injury, chest pain and paramedics were taking "spinal precautions".

EARLIER 11.30AM: A man is being treated by paramedics after he crashed his ultralight aircraft into a fence near Tumbarumba on Sunday morning.
An Ambulance Service of NSW spokesman said the 51-year-old is being treated for a right ankle injury and chest pain after crashing his aircraft at Paddy's Falls.
"Paramedics are also taking spinal precautions and are loading the man into our air ambulance," he said.
"The first call came through at 10.45am and we were told a male had gone to take off in his light aircraft before crashing into a fence.
"He was the only occupant."
Three ambulances vehicles and the air ambulance are on scene with NSW police and Fire and Rescue NSW.
