This Girl Can Victoria, a luncheon and yoga class at The Cube Wodonga, is a partnership between VicHealth and Richmond Football Club that is expected to attract 150 women.

Other speakers include sports presenter Tiffany Cherry, South Sudanese refugee and Richmond VFLW player Akec Makur Chuot, This Girl Can deaf participant Kate Parremore, Border counselling and wellness coach Candice Marzano and Nida Shafat, a This Girl Can Victoria ambassador.
VicHealth statistics show that 41 per cent of women are too embarrassed to exercise in public and females are twice as likely than men to worry about being too unfit to exercise.
"We want all women to feel comfortable about getting out there and giving physical activity a go," VicHealth's Melanie Fineberg said.
