The gutsy visitors trailed by only 22 points at three-quarter time, but Albury piled on eight goals to two in the 19.12 (126) to 9.11 (65) win.
"He was pretty good," Raiders' coach Jarrod Hodgkin said of Hyde.
"We were right in it for the first three-quarters, the end result probably wasn't a true reflection of the game.
"They kicked the first couple and we probably rolled over a bit too easy but, aside from that, we showed some good signs."
Alex Jones (three goals), Dean Polo (two), Michael Duncan and Shaun Daly continued their superb form of the previous week against then-undefeated Myrtleford.
Brodie Filo was Raiders' best with three majors, including yet another contender for goal of the year as he was falling away from the target, while Cooper Daly and Ethan Boxall also made strong contributions.
