The Panthers took a ten goal lead on the Saints which continued throughout the game, eventually running out winners 57-45.
Skye Hillier was strong for the home side in goals, while Angela Demamiel impressed in the centre court.
Myrtleford staged a fight back in the last quarter, with Rebecca Piazza leading the charge in defence.
Goal attack Saige Broz was also solid in the ring for the visitors.
The Panthers' win comes after their first loss of the season last week to Corowa-Rutherglen.
"The girls came out really strong," Lavington coach Tamara Mathews said.
"We attacked the ball and defended hard and that really helped set up the game up for us.
"We were probably a bit disappointed with our intensity last week and wanted to make amends.
"I think we made some silly errors last weekend and some of that was just a credit to Corowa's pressure.
"They were errors we don't usually make, so we wanted to rectify that."
In other Ovens and Murray games on Saturday, Corowa-Rutherglen made it eight from eight against the Wodonga Bulldogs.
Roos goal shooter Grace Senior racked up an impressive 55 goals, while defender Hannah Dwyer was the best for the Bulldogs.
The Wodonga Raiders upstaged Albury at the Sports Ground, with the visitors claiming victory by 16 goals to make it five wins on the trot.
Mackensey House and Brooke Pryse were best on court for the Raiders, while wing attack Sharna Thomas worked tirelessly for the Tigers.
Over in North Albury, it was Yarrawonga who left with a 24 goal win.
Indianna Frauenfelder was the best for the Pigeons racking up 25 goals, while Mia Duryea shot 28 for the Hoppers.
And it was the the local derby for the Wangaratta Magpies and Rovers on Sunday, with the Magpies proving too strong.
